Helping Your First Responders Heal
Our Pre-Admission Program is offered to individuals needing immediate support while awaiting admission to the TSRP (Traumatic Stress Recovery Program) residential programs.
We do this via:
- In-person or video counselling
- Psycho-educational sessions
- Personal Coaching
- Access to online portal resources
The Pre-Admission Program includes:
- Psychological assessment / treatment recommendation
- One-on-one counselling
- Personal coaching, guided mindfulness, and self-regulation practices
- 24/7 Members Portal access
Traumatic Stress
Recovery Program
Located in Kelowna, BC, our Residential Trauma Recovery Program focuses on trauma recovery from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
A five-week in-residence treatment program, followed by six weeks of post-treatment care, is delivered by clinicians who have extensive training in the treatment of PTSD and Trauma-related symptoms.
Included in the program:
- Accommodation and meals
- Support person may attend in the first two weeks
- Individual and group therapy
- Private rooms in a serene healing environment
Anxiety & Depression
Recovery Program
An 8-week Anxiety & Depression Recovery Program tailored to an individual’s needs.
The A&DRP focuses on providing individuals with the skills and resources to overcome the difficulties related to anxiety and depression symptoms and triggers. Through evidence-based therapies and a holistic approach, clients participate in intensive individual and group therapy treatment, psycho-education, mindfulness, yoga, and physical and leisure activities.
